This Audiobook Download License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Andrew McDermott (“Licensor”). By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the audiobook, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and listen to the Audiobook solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Permitted Uses

4. Ownership and Copyright
The Audiobook is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Audiobook remain exclusively with the Licensor.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Audiobook from your devices and cease all use.
6. No Warranty
The Audiobook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Audiobook.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
